This statement sets forth the privacy policy (“Policy”) related to the collection and use of information that Satellite Coffee (the “Company”) collects on the company’s website, satellitecoffee.com, the online ordering site or any of the online ordering applications used to access the online ordering site (each, a “Site,” and collectively, the “Sites”), and membership and use of the Company loyalty program (Thanx, which maintains its own stringent privacy and security rules which can be found here.) and its related applications. This Policy describes the practices that the Company will follow with respect to the privacy of users. The Policy does not apply to the Company’s offline information collection activities. From time to time, we may change this Policy. For example, as we update and improve our service, and new features may require modifications to the Policy.    From time-to-time, our Site requests information via surveys or contests. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and you may choose whether or not to participate and therefore disclose this information. Information requested may include contact information (such as name and delivery address), and demographic information (such as zip code). Contact information will be used to notify the winners and award prizes. Survey information will be used for purposes of monitoring or improving the use and satisfaction of the Site.

These online tools provide an easy way for customers to view their card value and history.
