How do I buy a gift card?
Just visit your favorite Flying Star Café or Satellite Coffee. Gift Cards may be purchased for any amount, can be used at both Flying Star Café and Satellite Coffee.
Do gift cards ever expire or decline in value?
Of course not. Our gift cards are a lasting gift.
Can I give my gift card to a friend?
Flying Star Gift Cards do not require registration, so yes, you can buy one for a friend or give them yours without any transfer requirements.
What should I do if I lose my gift card?
Always protect your Gift Card as if it were cash. Unfortunately, lost, stolen, or damaged Gift Cards cannot be replaced.
Can I reload my gift card?
Sure. Just stop by any cafe and our staff will be able to reload your card for any amount.
I’m a Loyalty member. Do I get points for Gift Card purchases?
No, purchases of gift cards do no earn points in the loyalty program – However, points are earned when gift cards are used in a transaction, making them an even better gift!
Do you have discounts for bulk orders of gift cards?
Yes, we offer special discounts all year long for the bulk purchase of gift cards. From Nov 1 to Dec 31, our bulk purchase gift card bonus incentive is replaced with a special holiday incentive, but during all other months of the year, customers are rewarded with a 10% incentive on purchases of $250-$499 in gift cards in a single transaction. And it’s 15% for purchases of $500 or more in a single transaction. That’s $75 on $500. The incentive amount can be distributed in one of 3 ways: 1) Added to your own existing gift card, 2) Added to a new gift card, 3) Added to one of the qualifying cards in the bulk purchase. Unfortunately, we can’t distribute the incentive across multiple cards.
Terms: Cards have no value until purchased by the customer. Use of Card constitutes acceptance of its terms and conditions, which may be updated at any time and are available at www.flyingstarcafe.com/gift-cards, where balance information can also be obtained. Cards are issued by Flying Star Cafe and do not expire. Gift Cards are redeemable only for purchases made at Flying Star Café and Satellite Coffee locations. Cards are not redeemable for cash. Lost, stolen, or damaged cards cannot not be replaced.
